The preferences, set screen colours for the tags.
Use the palette to hide / show the tags in layout view. Use the coloured tile to set the tag on the selected text.
Alt Text Navigator. Quickly move around a document inspecting the alt text. Use the Edit button to open the InDesign Object Export Options.
The contrast palette shows the contrast for the current selection, includes the stroke.
