The preferences, set screen colours for the tags.
Use the palette to hide / show the tags in layout view.
To find untagged text, deselect all check boxes accept Auto.
Click the coloured tile to add the tag to the InDesign style sheet.
The Table checkbox highlights table header and footer rows.
Table header and footer highlights. These highligts are independent of the style highlight colours.
The tag highlighter palette can be found under the Type menu.
Demo Mac 2025, here. To install the demo PlugIn, open the dmg and copy the PDFTags 2025 Mac folder to your InDesign PlugIns folder and restart InDesign.
